Signs of 2 to 3 months pregnant?

What signs would a 2 and a half month pregnancy be showing. Like if I were 2-3 months pregnant would I be throwing up, dizzy, starting to show, eating more/less, gaining weigh?

I was sick and had morning sickness at night. My nipples also felt like they could cut glass and fall off. I had to walk around with heating pads in them because it was so painful. Didn't really show until about five- six months with all my pregnancies

Everyone experiences different symptoms, during my first couple of months I couldn't keep anything down including water and stomach acid. I was 98 pounds before being pregnant and lost 6 pounds after the morning sickness. The next couple of months I experienced horrible headaches and good adversons.
