So I'm in high school and I just started taking bc pills 3 days ago but things got heated earlier and I had unprotected sex but he didn't cum inside me. Is it worth worrying that I could get pregnant? What do you ladies think?

Birth control usually takes up to 7-14 days to be effective. Since you just started, I'd say that there is a chance. Try not to worry much about it and if you miss your period, take a test.
