How often do you get headaches?

I get headaches all the time. I've been to the doctors about it and they haven't done anything about it. But I know it's a serious matter, I've been trying to track them on here but so many times I forget. 
I don't know why I get these headaches...

Any advice from fellow headache suffers??

Go see a nuerologist! I went about a year ago because I get headaches almost everyday and migraines about once a month and they put me on a daily med that prevents headaches. It really is a magical pill, I rarely get headaches now.

There's a huge difference between 'more than once a day' and 'once a week'

I get them 3-6 times a week every week. This is actually a huge improvement from when I was on my last birth control pill. I get migraines about 12 times a month also. It's not fun to deal with.

I take a preventative medication & have one to take at the onset of a migraine, but I only get 10 a month of the latter. This said, I have an appointment set to see a new neurologist in a couple weeks. My general practitioner thinks that Botox is the best option for me, considering I've literally tried every medication possible. Some work for a while & some don't at all. I also would prefer to not be on 2 prescription medications for this if there's another option. Best of luck to you!

Are you on estrogen bc? I used to get them all the time. I switched bc's. I'm on progesterone now and it's helped eliminate mine. Maybe see a neurologist
