Just ordered Vitex!
Well I finally caved. On cd93 tomorrow so I figured it's time to give vitex a shot. Will be here on Friday! Will start this weekend.
How many do you take a day? I read on amazon either 2 or 3. Do you stop them for a period of time? Do you have to wean yourself off of them? How long should you take them for?
