Constant upper abdominal pain 7 months pregnant

So I'm just about 7 months along now and I woke up this morning with pretty bad pain in my middle upper belly. It starts a little under my bust line and goes almost to my belly button. It goes between dull and sharp pain. And it hasn't stopped all day and it's almost 10 at night! He's been moving fine and I haven't had any bleeding but this pain is starting to concern my partner and myself. Advice please???!
