It looks to me like bloody show, which happens to lots of mothers near the end of the third trimester. 
Usually, bloody show just means that your body is preparing for delivery and is nothing to worry about.

Almost time for baby!!! Yay 😊 I had bleeding like that and that evening I went into labor and 16 hrs later I had my beautiful baby girl. Good luck 🍀

Do you take iron supplements or do you eat a low iron diet? Looks like you are lacking nutrients. Also you could be about to go into labor.
