Tantrums oh my soul!!!

Anyone else wanna pull out their hair about tantrums? I can't dress him or change his nappy or if I take too long with his bottle or I take something from him that can hurt him... He throws himself down on his bum and start kicking up a storm while screaming... With dressing and changing he kicks me hard in the stomach (27 weeks pregnant)... Don't know what to do. Help please???
