chapped nipples

I've been ebf for 8.5 months now but recently I've been having chapped nipple.. they are really dry which wasn't a problem until now. I recently started back working and pump at work. Today while pumping my nipples started bleeding which caused a mess with the milk bottles. They don't hurt but I'm looking for something I can put on my nipples so they aren't dry and peeling.  Any recommendations
