Help ! Recommendations please

So we have been TTC for almost a whole year... every month gets harder. I know there are OTC things people have tried and been successful with. I've tried "Reproductive Health" gummies from First Response. We've tried "Preseed". I found this one online (picture below). Was wondering if any of you ladies have had any luck with this or any other OTC products. If not, next step is my OBGYN. Hopefully they have something that can help us conceive! Thanks in advanced
