Change in nipples

Sorry if TMI but last Saturday my nipples (mostly my right one) felt kind of "raw" and I definitely noticed a different irritable sensation. Then while running on the treadmill a few days later my boobs were sore and if I pressed on them they were sore. Now, a week later they are kind of sore but now they are scaly. Like the tips have a rough texture on them. So weird...and my headlights are ALWAYS on, which is different for me.
