Tips on how to stop feed through night😴

My son is nearly 9 months and still wakes for a feed at 4am usually. Then goes back down till about 6.30am, how do you stop the feed during the night? He's been sleep trained so can go to sleep on his own but it's just getting him to sleep through without a bottle. I go back to work in 2 days and I'm going to be exhausted 😩
