contractions and no fetal movement?

Freaking out because baby hasn't moved much in 24 hours. Maybe three kicks. I have been having severe tightening in lower belly and back all day. Now it's To the point it knocks the wind out of me and I can't breathe. SO says he feltbaby moving and I laid my hand on my belly and felt almost like a hiccup motion but I just can't feel her make real movements. At least not from the inside and it's making me so worried. My doctor wrote me a slip to get a non stress test done at any time today and I just feel like everyone will accuse me of being paranoid and wasting their time if I go in. It's making me nervous though. Something just doesn't feel right.
