lifestyle changes you made when ttc?
Just wondering if anyone made lifestyle changes when ttc... I've heard about people who have given up everything you are supposed to while pregnant and some that didn't until they got their bfp. If ttc in the next few months I'm torn whether I should completely give up things I frequently have like wine, sushi and anything with artificial sweeteners (Splenda etc) ?? Thoughts?? Or any other changes you made?
