My OB said it was a piece of mucus plug. He said it can either all come out at one time, or come out very runny and almost like 'excessive' discharge.

Doesn't look like mucus plug to me. It would be thicker, less white, and more stringy like snot. Just looks like normal discharge

Just looks like normal pregnancy discharge to me. I feel like it's pretty simple to tell when you lose your plug, it's like a big glob of snot or something, it's gross lol. I'm sure you'll have no problem noticing once u lose it. Good luck!
