Am I wrong or not for feeling this way?
Back story....
Boyfriend and I have been together for over a year. Found out he cheated on me in January (found out on New Years). He was living with me but one of the conditions to get back with me is to find his own place. Which he did.
All this past week he was staying with me. Doing the whole family bit. He kept saying he wanted to spend time with me and my children on his birthday. That he didn't want to do anything else. Well on Thursday (made it for Thursday because one of his best friends he wanted to have drink with him) I made a little party for him at my house. It was a lot of fun and he loved it. After that night he stayed at his house. Today is his birthday.
And he's at the bar. When I asked him if he was coming over he said that he had been over all week already. I told him what he had been telling me. He said he didn't realize he had plans with me and would be over.
I told him not to bother. Now I didn't get mean, it's his birthday. I don't want to do that to him.
BUUUUUUUT
All I want to tell him now is to go eat a bag of dicks.
He apparently doesn't feel that his family is important enough for him to spend with on his birthday. And I am BEYOND pissed.
If I'm wrong about this, then please tell me I'm a manner that's not accusing or mean. I'm stressed as is and would like other view points on this matter.
