bed bug

Okay, so I was at a restaurant the other day, seated in a booth with my family. At the end of dinner I looked over and swear I saw a bug that resembled a bed bug ON ME, I swated it off and obviously freaked out.. well two days later, tonight, I'm sitting on the couch with my son watching tv and out of the corner of my eye I see something moving on my shoulder, I grabbed and squeezed, told him to turn the light on and stuck it on my blanket to look at it... it was a fucking (excuse my language) bed bug, blood came out of it and everything. None of us have bites, and I've looked at mattresses and EVERYTHING, about to flip this whole house upside down, but is it possible this could be the same bug? 😩 I'm literally dying inside
