bleeding after implant removal

Hi. I got my implant removed on Thursday so three days ago, I woke up this morning to the worst ever cramps I've experienced and bleeding but the blood is such a weird colour and it's heavier than I've ever experienced too, I'm having bad back pains too. I've never really suffered with cramps or heavy bleeding and my doctor didn't meantion any of this to me :/ is this normal? How long will I bleed for? I'm very confused and feel alone on this.
