How much do you pay your nanny daily?

We are wanting to hire an in-home nanny for our baby during the first three months. What do you pay your nanny?

Depending on the experience, some will do 25 a day but most will require 75 a day in the Cleveland area. I'm a nanny so I'm a pretty good source. :)
