Does anyone else get incredibly nauseated during their period?

I just started having this problem where my periods are heavier and I get nauseated with them. Does anyone else have this problem? I've only started having it since I gained about 20 pounds. No birth control.

Yes I feel nauseous a week before I start my period every month. Sometimes even the week of.

I get sick to my stomach. Try to cut back on caffeine and drink more water. Water dilutes the acids in your gut which can lead to that sick feeling

I do the first two days. It stinks because all I want to do is eat crackers and sleep.

I used to before I got on the pill but this one I'm going through right now has been rough. Nausea, dizziness, headache, you name it. Can't wait until it ends.

Mine been like that since I was 10 and never been on birth control I just have a real heavy period that's why I switched to heavy flow U by Kotex they work so good 👌👍

I don't, but I have a friend who (before she went on BC) got the worst periods of all time. So nauseated she threw up continuously almost every month and has been hospitalized her periods used to get so bad.

I hardly have any symptoms at all, regardless of being on birth control. Isn't it crazy how different all our bodies are?!

Are they super painful or more painful than they used to be? Do you get feverish or hot flashes? Pain in thighs, hips, back and stomach?
