Not orgasming with my boyfriend?

So my boyfriend and I have not actually had sex, but have gone up to hand jobs and dry humping (underwear on) and stopped there - I'm waiting to have sex until I'm married. It's not terribly hard to get him to cum, but I have yet to orgasm with him. I'm able to do it by myself, I just haven't been able to do it with him. Am I doing something wrong?
