Nipple issues

So liiike my nipples have been hurting for like longer than a week I just got my period a couple days ago and since before then my nipples have just been hurting to the point where I can't get as aroused when my bf squeezes or l because they hurt so much. This is not normal whatsoever I look at my boobs constantly now and they aren't red or inflamed in any way. But they just hurt and as my period is starting to lighten up I was hoping so would my nipple pain but it won't
