This happened to anyone else?

Im so confused. I took 3 pregnancy test. 1 on the 14 of this month, 1 on 15th, and 1 on the 16th. All of them were positive. I just got back from the hospital due to bleeding. They gave me a pee test and it came back negative..... Is that even possible? I'm having literally every pregnancy sign! I have heart burn terribly bad and never in my life have I had it before. Stomach cramps, very sore boobs, peeing 24/7 a day and I've even thrown up! This is crazy. This happened to anyone else before?
