37 weeks prego? what's wrong

My whole body is aching so bad can barley move, runny nose head hurting so bad, throwing up, coughing & one min I'm freezing the next I'm sweating ☹️ my stomach hurts a little bit & I've pooped. 
WhAts wrong ? Help!
Oh & ive checked my temp twice.. I don't have a fever.
