Can kids really sense your pregnant??

I was out with one of my friends getting our nails done and her daughter asked what my daughter's names were and I told her and she said what about the other one I said what other one and she rubbed my belly and was like you got a baby in there. It was so weird. She's only 5 and it was like a week before I found out. Me and my friend just laughed then I found out I was pregnant and I was like that crazy she knew.
