complaining too much?

i've been dealing with back pain and hip/leg cramps for a few weeks now. and overall sleeping has been very uncomfortable for me. i'm only 19 +3 but my bf says i complain way too much. i'm worried about how things will be two months down the line. if anything my feelings are hurt like hell. not sure of what to think or feel.  overall i just want support and sympathy but i guess that's too much to ask for 😢
