safe sex

Hi so I had sex with this new guy last night and we used condoms and he pulled out before he came, just making sure that this is a pretty safe way to have sex and that there isn't much chance that I could be pregnant is there? The condoms didn't break either. Please give some feedback in pretty young and sex still really gives me anxiety, should I buy a plan b just incase?
