Pregnant or stress?

I'm 6 days late now and I took a test yesterday and today. Both said negative. Is it save to say that my period isn't here because of stress? Or should I wait and take more test?

Wait another week. If it hasn't come by then, take another test. Along with stress, being sick can also make your period late. Last time I had pneumonia my cycle was thrown off for a month-month and a half.
