Very concerned. Please help

I met a guy who at first seemed really nice and was super sweet. We kissed on the second date and I guess he took that as a cue that he could do whatever he wanted. He doesn't know how to keep his hands to himself or take no for an answer, and that's when he's sober. I found out on our third date that he was a very heavy drinker. We went out to a club with his friends and the club isn't really my scene but I'll try anything once. He got really drunk and he wanted to dance but he kept trying to kiss me and stick his hands down my pants even though I told him to stop. Around 10, me and his friends were ready to go but he wanted to stay so he sent me home with his friends, who are complete strangers to me. I got home safe but now he keeps drunk dialing me at 3am and he keeps trying to send me messages. He's making me really nervous and I don't know what to do
