Miscarriage in Feb.

Hi ladies , I had a miscarriage Feb. 22 & D&C Feb. 24. Well I waited almost 2 weeks before trying again. I took 3 pregnancy tests last week. 2 which was positive & the next day had a negative. Well I found out that my HCG levels hadn't went down. Since I got a negative test last week does that mean my HCG levels have went down completely? I'm suppose to go this week to get them checked again. Anyways.... Yesterday my boobs started feeling sore (which only happens if I'm pregnant) my back has been hurting, I've been experiencing some mild cramping, and I've had discharge with very light blood. I want to take another test but don't know what to do. Has anyone experience this before ??? Sorry I wrote so much but I need advice. Thanks ladies!
