Backache ?

Is backache normal at 4 weeks pregnant? It really hurts like my period is gunna come. I normally get bad cramps and backache when i have my period.

It's kind of a tough call. It can mean nothing (normal signs of pregnancy) or it can mean something is wrong. Sadly, you won't know for sure until the days progress.  Hopefully it's just normal signs of pregnancy for you! Talk to your doc too

Let your doc know. Cramps are normal. But if they're radiating around your back or are very painful, you should make your doctor aware
