LEAKING BUT NO BREAST MILK ??🤔🤔

My boobs have been leaking since 18 weeks but my breast have not grown just a little swollen (still a B cup ) im 38 weeks 3days

Does this mean ill most likely have to give my baby formula?

Your milk does not come in until 3-5 days after baby is born. Your breasts already contain Colustrum which is baby's food until your milk comes in. Leaking colostrum or not leaking means nothing. I've never leaked and I've nursed 5 babies.
You need to eat well, drink plenty of water and continue taking your prenatal to have the best chance of success.
Research all meds before taking any while nursing as many can slow or stop your milk supply and they can go to baby through your milk.
There will be lactation consultants at hospital make sure you meet with them and have them check baby's latch and teach you different comfortable positions to nurse in.
Bring a nursing pillow with you when you go in to deliver your baby.☺

Nope. Like the others said, size has zero to do with milk production. There is no way of knowing in advance if you'll be able to BF. Chances are you will.

It colostrum, it's your body's way of preparing itself for the Brest milk. It's normal. I've been leaking on and off now for a while I'm currently 31 weeks!
