Natural alternative to clomid

Hi everyone. AF showed up today and instead of getting fed up again I'm going to do something about it. I had to take clomid to conceive my son so I know I have a problem falling pregnant. Anyone know a natural alternative to fertility drugs. I eat healthy, run 5km every second day, definitely don't drink enough water. I have thought about going back for health but there are no fertility places where i live (recently moved cities). Any advice would be greatly received
