Hey guys as of Monday of last week I begins to serious work out and calorie counting. My gaol is to lose 40 pounds and I weigh 170 pounds.

I started Atkins 7 months ago. I have loss 20 lbs but need to lose A lot more...I would like to lose fifty but eventually lose a 100 lbs. I have cut back on chewing gum and this week stopped coffee--pray for me! Lol.

I'd love to! I need motivation to lose some serious weight. I think having a buddy to help keep each of us accountable would be great :) I had a gym membership for a year but had surgery and went back too soon and kinda screwed up my routine because I got scared of tearing something (I had my gallbladder out and I went to the gym after two weeks and i was in some serious pain and had to stop). I want to lose, ideally, 50-70 pounds. I was down 20 pounds when going to the gym, eating better but I got off track after that surgery. (I also might have lost the weight because I couldn't keep ANYTHING down, Not even water, for over a week.) I'm getting married (hopefully) June 23, 2018 and I want to look good. My fiancé has always liked bigger girls and I know that by the similarities in his exes. He tells me not to lose weight because I "look good" right now, but I need to because I wanna be healthy and able to carry a baby to term (I've had two MC). What are you utilizing to lose the weight? I want to buy an elliptical because I can be on one for a while and feel good after. I can't believe run on a treadmill because it's so boring and my endurance just isn't there. Lol. I'm also a poor college student in a masters program for mental health counseling and working anywhere from 10-35 hours a week. I don't cook as often as I should and I take the easy route (microwaved meals, frozen pizzas, etc). I bought some detox tea ("teatox") and I think it's been helping. I don't drink soda much at all but I have a weakness for iced coffee with sugar and flavorings. Plus with working nights often, I have to bring snacks to stay awake and my sleep schedule gets messed up so that doesn't help either.
