advice on smokers?

Ok so I don't want cigarettes around my baby at all! And especially for me (I was a smoker for the longest time and I quit but you know we have those days) any who my father in law has a friend constantly over and she smokes in the house.  Since it's not my house I feel like I don't have a say on the cigarettes. Also this women is very spoiled and is very bitchy at times) how can I bring up no cigarettes around my baby? Tell her to go outside? Oh the cold isn't a problem (we live in Florida) when my baby over how do I explain this to her? (She literally threw a tantrum because she couldn't go to the beach and she is very edgy on things)
