Please help, Nausea stopped!

It started very mild at the end of 5th week/early 6th week and now at the tail end of the 6th week and its GONE!
It started getting worstwhen I had some spanish tapas last Friday night. I know I am not supposed to cured meat so I microwaved it for 15secs to cook a bit and kill bacteria. 
I was upside down last thursday-monday. Irony is my stomach wouldn't take water so I filled my tummy with food. I had Lamb Curry for lunch yday and fried Sea Bream with steamed rice for dinner. I felt relieved after my dinner but not totally. I had 2-3 cups of ginger tea yday as I had to keep up with work and pretend everything is normal with me while at work. I also did 3 sets of pelvic raises, crunches and side leg raises. 
I woke up this morning and feeling all fine, why??? I am paranoid, is this normal at all?
What did I do wrong??? Is it pregnancy related nausea or I just had a bad food? Is it too early to have nausea at 6 weeks? 😓😓😓
