Exercise and Pregnancy
I recently found out I'm pregnant with my first! I have been doing spin class for well over a year and started TRX (using your body weight and suspension to perform exercises) a few months back. My doctor has yet to call me back since I've learned of my pregnancy. I'm super worried about having a miscarriage and seeking advice on working out? I don't ever over exert myself while working out...I know my limits but is it perfectly fine to continue my exercise routine?
