could I be pregnant?

Okay I miscarried in February and had a D&C February 16. This morning I got curious and tested. There was an extremely faint line, but it was definitely there. It doesn't even pick up on camera it's so light. What I'm wondering is, could this be hormones still getting out of my system from the last pregnancy or is this a new pregnancy? My husband and I weren't trying, but we also weren't using any protection....I haven't even gotten my period yet. I called my doctor and his receptionist him left a message for me....but until then I'm stuck wondering. I've also been drinking coffee and occasionally wine this whole time, I also took some cold medicine the other day,  so I'm very nervous ☹️
