needing some advice

I'm 11dpo, tested yesterday BFN. Got a darker than control line positive the 10th. I'm getting a lot of wet discharge. It's hard to explain but when I wipe it's very wet, and my knickers are very wet also. Anyone get this before a BFP? I checked my CM yesterday and it was bright white, moved one finger from the other when touched. Been getting cramps from early DPO and still cramping now.
