Early pregnancy symptom maybe???

I am 3dpo my nipples are really sore and having some mild cramping. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy? I normally don't get sore boobs till I'm close to my period. AF due 30th. Has anyone had this happen and gotten their bfp?
