Condom Broke

Yesterday I was having sex with my partner and we used a condom and he came pretty fast so we took that one off and he put another one on to continue. After we finished having sex that time we realized the second condom broke, but he did not ejaculate that time. Between condoms he did not clean off and we aren't sure when the condom broke. Do you think we are okay and that I'm not pregnant? I am on the pill and the condom was a spermatocide kind.
