idk what to do

I've been with my husband for almost 7 years now married for 2. Before him I had my first love who I will never forget and now is trying to come back in my life my mistake was telling him the problems my husband and I had after our miscarriage now idk what to do I feel happy when I talk to my ex but I love my husband and I don't want to do that to him someone please help me and give me an advice. We started having many many many problems after the miscarriage to the point that he left the house. It's just so hard!
