My swelling was horrible with my first baby but since my blood pressure was ok and I didn't have headaches or anything serious going on I just sort of had to deal with it. I drank more water and elevated my feet and all that but got no relief. I just wore flip flops for like the last month and a half of pregnancy

I had crazy swelling after birth which a woman can still develope preeclampsia. But since I dont have the other signs I've just been told to elevate my feet and keep active (after they put me on mobility restrictions due to a C Secrion)
