Really needing advice and help!💔😢

I am in dire need of some advice. My baby girl is 4 months old because she was born prematurely she was put on Similac neosure because my breast milk never came in. I recieve WIC and medicaid for her and we are in the process of her getting her medicaid renewed because of a move to a different county. Well she is extremely fussy and will not settle. She is only happy for about 20 mins before she eats and right after is a mess. WIC changed her to Similac Advanced but they also gave me the choice to choose the Soy based formula they cover. Which i think i may need to have them change her to that because after reading the can it says its for gas and fussy babies. Has anyone been through this? Can you offer some tips to help her until i can get to WIC office? This is my first time doing any of this so i can a nervous and stressed wreck. She clearly needs something. Thank you so much
