1 1/2 weeks after period?

i had my period from 3/12-3/14, took clomid cd 3-7 and the day after i was done i started spotting which was weird cause it's never happened before, this was my fourth cycles but first on 100mg. so i called my dr and they asked if i had taken a test to see if i was pregnant, which i had the day my period came because it was already late and the test was negative. so they had me take a test and to my surprise it was positive so i took another kind and that was also positive. they sent me for an ultrasound and there was nothing there so they sent me for blood work and my levels were 53. i go back tomorrow to see what my levels are doing but has anyone had anything similar happen and have a good outcome? the dr it's possible that i'm either just really early or that i'm having a miscarriage. just need some hope.
