Yes, I mentioned it to my dr, she said very normal but not everyone is lucky enough to catch it and see it....  she said feel very special u actually saw it, it's amazing lol I was in awe for about a week...

Babies "practice breathe" in the womb it's not actual breathing but it looks like it and if you're pretty far along 35+ weeks it's possible to see those movements
