m/c then pregnant again. due date?

How have your doctors dated your new pregnancy after miscarriage without a period in between? How accurate were they? It's driving me nuts not knowing how far I am...I want to get some sort of idea at least.

This happened to me. First they used the date my hcg finally hit 0 but that was off by a week because I was out of town for the holidays and wasn't able to get blood tested when it actually hit 0. Once she dated me with an ultrasound and counted backwards, it turns out the theory of using your miscarriage bleeding days as your last period was pretty much spot on. I have a really regular cycle though so I don't know if that plays into it. Congrats and prayers for a healthy pregnancy :)

I checked my levels to make sure they got to 0 first and that was 3 weeks later then another negative 2 weeks after the first negative one and then I got a positive pregnancy test 6 weeks later(after m/c)

I was testing frequently so she kind of used that to help, and then an ultrasound gave me my edd, we'll see how accurate in October

At first we used the date of the m/c as a "last menstrual period". That dated me for April 12. We then re-dated with the 12 week ultrasound which changed the date to April 7. So not that far off...
