PCOS??

Question

I am 23 years old and me and my fiancé have been trying for a baby. We have had 3 miscarriages. I just got diagnosed with PCOS by my doctor and a tilted cervix. What is my next move from here? I can't afford to go see a fertility specialist so cheaper natural ways to conceive with this diagnoses would be great!

It's so very hard to conceive naturally with PCOS. It took us nearly two years to conceive. I used OPK's religiously. Everyday. But with PCOS you don't always ovulate and you can get false positives on OPK's. I can have a period and not ovulate. I used them everyday, and whenever I had a surge we would BD. There are other options that aren't near as expensive such as clomid and metformin. Just remember PCOS is hard, it's emotional, it's something you've got to have patience with. It can be done naturally, you just have to remember to have faith, say some prayers and TRY to have fun! I know it's easier said than done!
