long periods on IUD?

So I've had my IUD for close of three years. Recently, my period have been getting longer. They aren't crazy heavy but they're on and off for two weeks. Has this happened to anyone else?

My first IUD I had terribly looong grave periods. For about a year and a half I had month long periods at least 2-3 times. Turns out it was inserted incorrectly or became dislodged shortly after insertion. Get it checked out by your gyno. I got mine replaced and after 4 years I've had zero issues and muuuuuuch shorter and lighter periods.
