Anyone else out there with bipolar notice that symptoms are triggered the week before your period? I was finally diagnosed 6 months ago and am trying to notice trends and find helpful ways to cope. PMS seems to trigger hypomania some months and depressive episodes other months. Kind of annoying! Anyway, I would love to hear anything you may have to share if you're out there! 😄🙏🏼
