pink discharge

Got checked for the first time today since 34w(contractions why they checked me), I'm 37+5 and having pink discharge now is this normal after being checked? I got checked at 8am and it's almost 12 hours later and I've got what's most comparable to menstrual cramps.. I had some spotting at 34 weeks after they checked me but I got checked a total of 6 times in 2 days so I figured that's why.. but after just once this time?
